Summer Information


Orientation:  All parents (upon receipt of a completed summer application) will receive an orientation packet after May 1 which will include information needed for each of our summer programs.

Enrollment: Participation in all programs requires two consecutive week enrollments.

Lunch: Children who stay for both morning and afternoon sessions should bring their own lunches, including a drink.

Holiday:  School is closed in observation of Independence Day on July 4. Fees are not pro-rated for this session.

Extra Time (ET):  Before and/or after session care is available for students ages 3* (potty-trained) and older at the times and fees listed below (*Note: ET is not available for those enrolled in Toddler Preschool): 7:30 to 9:00 a.m.– $130 per two-week session/4:00 to 5:30 p.m.– $130 per two-week session.

Photo Release Permission:  Your child’s photograph may be used for school promotional purposes, such as brochures, publicity releases, newsletters, advertisements and the school’s Website unless a special request is made.

Payment Schedule:  A $100 registration fee (non-refundable, applicable to your tuition) is due along with your completed application form.  TUITION IS DUE BY MAY 1, 2012.  When making application after this date, full tuition is due upon application.  Unless the school is notified prior to May 1, no refunds will be made on fees paid.  A fee of $25 will be assessed for returned checks.  There will be a $25 charge for program selection changes made after May 1.

In the event payments are not received in full when due, a late charge for accounts 30 days past due will be assessed at the rate of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance.  This is an annual percentage rate of 18%.  An enrollment space will not be held for a child if payment is not made when due.  Please note that refunds cannot be granted for individual days missed (i.e., for illness, etc.)

Withdrawal Policy:  The director reserves the right to request the immediate withdrawal of any participant whose behavior is detrimental to the program.  This participant will be charged for the entire session in which the withdrawal occurs, but no cancellation fees will be charged.

Please note:  All children must be toilet-trained before participation in all programs, except for the Toddler Preschool.
