It’s Winter!
by Johan, 1st Year Elementary
Icicles on the roof.
Cold winds. Snow falling.
It’s Winter!
It’s Winter!
Halloween, Halloween
By Naomi, 3rd Year Lower Elementary
Look at the pumpkin,
Look at his light,
Howooooooo,Howooooooo,
Listen to the werewolf howling in the night.
Cackle,Cackle,Cackle hear!
Listen to the witch cackling with all her might.
Crunch, crunch,crunch ,
Listen to the ghoul eating brains just out of sight.
Look at the daunting figure trick-or-treat next door.
Look at the poor man, Oh!
He’s transforming,
Crash, whoa! Outside it’s just started storming.
The man has a suit and a briefcase,
But wait oh!
The man has no face!
Hear the sound he makes.
A kind of moan,
Ooooohhhhhggggg, Crash, Bang, Boom
Look at the knight from the past
Charging into an invisible battle.
What a sight!
Swish, swish
Hear the old “wanted “posters of all the murders being swept into the night
Halloween, Halloween
What a scare, what a fright
BOO
M-O-N-T-E-S-S-O-R-I
by Ayris, 3rd Year Upper Elementary
Making new friends every day
On your own pace
Never boring
Time to work
Involved with your work
So much fun
Singing peace
Only Fun
Reading
It is so cool
